Product Shelf life: 2 yrs. (frozen). Storage conditions: frozen when shipped --

Our frozen
green
chili/chile consists of open flame roasted, hand peeled and chopped green,
or whole chili/chile from Hatch, N.M., 1 lb. and 2 lb bricks. Flame
roasted green chile is our specialty. Harvested fresh, flame
roasted, peeled, diced, packed and flash frozen in bricks to lock in the
flavor--all within 24 hours.
Frozen Hatch green
chili/chile can be shipped year around. We ship second day UPS to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, street address only. No
P.O. Boxes, please. Most deliveries are made by noon on the
second day following shipment. Please plan to have someone
available or make arrangements to receive the shipment on the day of delivery. We cannot be responsible for
un-received shipments that thaw and spoil. If you have any questions
regarding delivery times in your area, please call your local
DHL office.
